On the 26th March we joined Max and his friends to celebrate two full years of him sleeping under the stars! What originally started in the first lockdown has gone on to inspire people across the UK and has helped raise over £600,000 for the North Devon Hospice!
With lockdown restrictions extending, weeks soon turned to months, months to a year and now Max has successfully camped right to the very end! The Big Camp Out gave us time to contemplate those difficult times that we have all endured over the last two years as well as time to celebrate, being able to get together seemed all that more special as we have not been able to do so for such a long time.
The weekend was filled with music, friends, fun and laughter! The sun came out and the weather was on our side.
Max has reached the lives of so many people and has been a shining light in the darkest of times. Congratulations, what a tremendous achievement!
